The stretch ottoman slipcover is available in a wide variety of stretch fabrics that include but are not limited to chenille, micro-fiber, weaved canvas, suede and faux suede and linen. Like their name implies, these covers simply stretch over the top and sides of the ottoman. They're either pulled down to the bottom or feature a snug fitting pull down top cover with a wrap around stretch skirt that tightly fits around the ottoman for a snug fit the whole way. They're available in sizes from small which fits 80-110 inches, medium which will fit 90-130 inches and large which is made to fit 105-140 inches.
Ottoman frames appear in eye-catching shapes and designs like rectangular, square and round. Ottoman upholsters are available in colorful leathers, fabrics and patterns. There are different kinds of materials used for ottoman sofa set to suit any kind of interiors. If your living room already features fabric furniture, then fabricated ottomans can only add to the beauty. They give a homely feel and create a sense of softness as the fabric used is smooth giving it an ethnic look.
Broadly speaking, ottomans are now primarily sold either as small cubes, curved tubs or rectangular full-size upholstered pieces. Over many years of development, these three styles appear to be the most popular with interior designs and the general public. Each size and style has its own unique place when it comes to positioning and placement in the modern day living room. Smaller ottomans tend to be used as substitutes for footstools room sets featuring multiple items. By contrast larger-sized ottomans fulfil a completely different function both as a centrepiece and substitute for the traditional coffee table.
As you can see, there are many different ways that you can effectively use the extra space that an ottoman with storage room provides. They are also great in a bedroom, often seen at the foot of a bed, where they can keep extra blankets for those times when it suddenly gets cold at night. They are easy to get to and no fuss at all to use. Another design has drawers built into the ottoman. As these are usually fairly small they are used for storing smaller items. Popular uses for these drawers are for storing remote controls for blinds and equipment. It is helpful to have an area specifically designated for these items as that way everyone will always know where to locate them.
