At Fnesse we have built a customizable online bulk employment system not so out of the box that we’ll then tailor to meet your business needs. Fnesse ePloy™ gives applicants the ability to apply online, and with the ease of use allows department heads to hire applicants from anywhere at any time. Fnesse ePloy™ gives your Human Recourses and Accounts department the ability to view employee information before the employee arrives.

Our seasonal employment system is fully integrated into your site and allows you to accept online applications for bulk seasonal employment, in any number of departments and jobs, e.g.

Restaurant Staff

• Waiters and Waitresses

Beach/Pool Staff

• Life Guards
• Bar Staff

How it Works:

Employers from each department can sift through their applications adding them to their yes, maybe and no pools, form the time the first application appears.

Once this stage is complete, and the employers are happy with their application pools, applicants are sent an email notifying them of an interview.

On completion of the interview process, employers then move the successful applicants to their Employee pool. Applicants are then sent an email to notify them of their success. Applicants can then use the login page and via their provided email address are sent an email with their username and password. They are now able to login to the signup pages.

The signup pages allow the employees to enter their details e.g.. bank account and superannuation details, along with accommodation, uniform bond and/or any other information required by the employer. This way all the employees information is available to the employer, HR and Accounts before the employee arrives.

This information is only available via the administrator login, the only information given to departments is applications, application pool and employment pool.

The System Process (controlled only by the administrator)

• Applications open (anytime after the previous season)
• Employers sift through their application pools (anytime during the months leading up to the season or as soon as the first application is received)
• Applications and the department application pool is then closed by the administrator.
• Employees are then sent their success for interview email with a time and date.
• At this time the application pool will allow the employers to add applicants to their employee pool.
• Two things happen at this stage 1) Applicants are sent an email with instructions on how to login and sign up and 2) The employees details are now seen by the administrator as employed applicants and therefore their signup details are viewable.
• Employee signup (happens at the same time)
• Now its administrators job to have the departments ensure all employees have completed the sign up process.
• Once the season is complete all applications are archived and the system starts fresh for another season.

Integration:
Integration into you current HR program can become seamless via export of the data in any format that your HR system requires.
